Prísady

  • 1 generous cup of yoghurt with living bacteria (preferably full fat and organic-never buy fat-free yoghurt please;when the fat is taken out, important enzymes, which help to digest the food are also taken out and these versions are laden with sugar to fill out on what they are missing)
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • 2-3 tsp ground turmeric (you could use fresh turmeric root as well)
  • 1/2-1 tsp ground ginger (or use fresh ginger)
  • 1/2 lemon, juice only
  • 1/2 vanilla bean, seeds scraped
  • 1 lyzicka tahini (pouzivam tahini tmave, ktore je vyrobene z neolupaneho sezamoveho semiacka-tym je v sezame omnoho viac zivin) alebo 1 lyzica sezamovych semiacok, vopred namocene vo vide, oplachnute a ocedene - toto pridavam do lassi pre extra kremovost
  • 2-3 lyzicky mletej kurkumy (ak mate, pouzite cerstvy koren kurkumy)
  • 1/2-1 lyzicka mleteho zazvoru (ak mate,pouzite cerstvy koren)
  • 1/2 citrona
  • 1/2 vanilkove struku
